Since first being offered for sale in July of 2014, the Montage Residences Kapalua Bay has set record high condominium sales for West Maui at $8,250,000 for a four bedroom condominium residence, and achieved over $91 million in sales.  

Just a handful of oceanfront units remain at this popular property.  Built in 2009, it is one of the Kapalua Resort's newest oceanfront properties and allows vacation rentals, as a function of it's hotel zoning.
