One of my most requested services is to have notices sent as soon as a new listing or price reduction is entered in the Maui MLS. This service is free of charge, and can be tailored to your specific search criteria (price range, number of bedrooms, neighborhood, condominium community). This is a fantastic tool if you'd like to stay closely informed about a particular property or area.
