The Hyundai Tournament of Champions 2016

The Kapalua Resort on Maui is known worldwide for it's spectacular golf courses.  Even more impressive are some of the condominiums, homes and estates that are nestled along the Plantation course and the Bay Course.

Each year since 1999, the Kapalua Resort has been home to the PGATour's Tournament of Champions.  Now the Hyundai Tournament of Champions, the purse is $5,900,000 for this invitation only event.

The Plantation Course, managed by Troon, is one of Maui's most famous courses, having received accolades such as the #1 Golf Course in Hawaii by GolfWeek Magazine.  The 7,411 yard par 73 layout features some of the best views on Maui, and is surrounded by some of Kapalua's most desirable real estate: the Plantation Estates.

Comprised of just 52 homesites, the Plantation Estates features homes nestled along the course, with some of the finest views from homes on 16, 17, and 18.
