In the past 12 months from the time of writing, there have been eight sales of 1 bedroom 1 bath 820 SF units with closed prices ranging from $815,000 to $990,000. In the same time period there were two sales of 456 sf studio units, which closed at $625,000 and $645,000.
Currently there are two pending/ under contract units at the Mahana – an eleventh-floor studio listed at $695,000, and a second-floor 1 bedroom 1 bath, listed at $821,000.
Days on market at the Mahana is down significantly in 2019 compared to the past two years, 2017 and 2018.
