*In Launiupoko, owners have had the ability to file a CPR* (Condominium Property Regime) with the County. This essentially creates a 2 or 3 party condominium, which would allow the building of a main home (condo A), cottage of 1000 sq. ft. (condo B) and then farm land only (condo C). When looking at properties there, it is important to look at whether the property being offered is for a main home plus a cottage, or if it is for a main home only, cottage only, or farm land only.
