The Pool at Aina Nalu is a calm oasis in the heart of historic Lahaina town
Located on 8.63 acres, Aina-Nalu is one of the few Airbnb vacation rentable communities right in Lahaina town, close to all the shopping and restaurants on Front St. in Lahaina, and close to Lahaina Harbor for whale-watching boat excursions, fishing, and sunset sails. Aina-Nalu is located just a few blocks from the ocean, and a short drive to many of the most popular West Maui beaches. There is an infinity-edge saltwater pool and hot tub spa, and another smaller kidney-shaped pool, and several bbq areas with gas grills. Amenities include a large open-air pavilion, and numerous cabanas and lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the tranquil grounds. Views of the West Maui mountains can be enjoyed from the pool area.
Completed in 2005, Aina-Nalu consists of 190 fee simple condominium residences. There are studios, 1-bedroom units, 2-bedroom 1 bath units, and 2-bedroom 2 bath units. In the last six months, there have been 15 total sales at Aina-Nalu, with prices ranging from $300,000 for a studio to $575,000 for a 2-bedroom, and sales in this time period have closed at a median price of $535,000. There are currently 2 active listings at Aina-Nalu: I-101, a 2-bedroom 2 bath home on the first floor, listed at $575,000, and I-208, a 2-bedroom 2 bath second-floor unit, listed at $569,000.
